It can sometimes happen that we have not noticed that an item has damage, such as a hole or stain. We therefore recommend that you always check an item carefully in our store. If you have placed an order online and pick up the item in one of our shops, you should always try on and check the item first.

Do you find out at home that an item is damaged and you don't want to keep it? Then you have the right to return the item within 14 days after collection in the store. You will not receive the amount refunded to your account, but you will receive a store credit.

Exchange item?
Do you want to exchange an item? That's no problem. Then visit one of our shops and indicate that you want to exchange the item for another item of at least the same value. You do not have to pay any additional service costs.

 

Article 7 - Investigation, complaints

1. If the Buyer collects the Product from the store, the Buyer must try on and check the Product. In doing so, the Buyer must investigate whether the quality and quantity of the delivered goods correspond to the Agreement and whether the Product meets the requirements that apply to it in normal (trade) traffic.

2. The Buyer may return the Product within 14 days after collection in the store if the Product is defective or damaged and it could not have been discovered at first glance.

3. Buyer has the option to exchange the returned Product for another Product and/or to receive a store credit.
